Rosterfy integrates with Maki (formerly the Talent Games) to deliver gamified candidate assessments. Instead of traditional questionnaires, candidates participate in interactive games that evaluate their skills and fit.
Once a candidate finishes an assessment, their overall score and completion status sync back to Rosterfy, allowing you to trigger next-step automations such as interview invitations or role offers.

How It Works
Connect the Integration: Link your Maki account inside Rosterfy using your API credentials.
Automatic Course Creation: Connecting Maki automatically creates a single "Gamification" course in your Rosterfy account.
Assign Candidates: Candidates are assigned to the course typically via an automation action (Maki create order). This generates a unique, personal game link for each candidate.
Deliver the Link: You can send the unique game link to candidates via email using the
*|ttg_link|*mail merge tag, save it to a custom user field, or have candidates launch it from their training list in the Rosterfy web portal.Score Sync & Next Steps: When the candidate completes the game, Maki sends their score and completion status back to Rosterfy. The course is marked complete, automatically triggering your configured workflows.
Important Considerations
One Course Per Account: The integration supports one active gamification course per Rosterfy account.
Web Portal Access Only: Candidates must launch and complete the assessment through the Rosterfy web portal. External training integrations (including Maki, Litmos, and Eloomi) are not supported on the Rosterfy mobile app; while the course may appear in the mobile app list, candidates cannot launch the game from it.
Synced Data: The integration returns an overall score and completion status to Rosterfy. Detailed diagnostic reports remain accessible directly within your Maki dashboard.
Maki Subscription: A direct account and agreement with Maki are required, as vendor fees are managed separately from your Rosterfy subscription.
