You can change how you view your Events using the toggle buttons next to the Actions button. The system offers two viewing modes: List View and Calendar View.

IN THIS ARTICLE:

List View

The list view is the default view for managing Event settings and details. It displays your Events in order and gives you full access to the More Actions menu and all administrative tools. If you need to change Event settings, make updates, or do administrative work, use this view. To access the list view, click the hamburger icon shown below:

Calendar View

The calendar view is designed for a quick overview of your schedule. You can toggle this mode to display Events by the month or by the day. To access the calendar view, click the calendar icon shown below:

The Actions button is removed in this view. Instead, you manage Events by clicking directly on the Event block. Clicking an Event opens a menu where you can:

  • View Shifts within the Event

  • Update Event details and settings

  • View the Event in the User Portal

  • View timesheets

  • View Volunteers

If you need to make advanced settings adjustments beyond these options, switch back to the List View.
