We’ve updated the mobile Volunteer portal to bring it into alignment with the desktop experience. Volunteers can now seamlessly manage family members directly from the app including adding them to subaccounts, updating or removing profiles, and applying for or withdrawing from Shifts on their behalf. This release also introduces the ability to view all upcoming family Shifts directly from the dashboard and scan family member QR codes for fast, seamless check-ins.

Family managers can now access the My Family option located second in the side navigation menu to handle all family account needs on mobile. From this menu, managers can add new members, edit details, remove profiles, impersonate accounts, or display a member's QR code for easy scanning.

Family managers can select which family members to sign up for a Shift. If the Shift requires an application form, completing it once applies to all selected members.

Once the initial application is submitted, managers can add or update which family members are signed up using the Manage Family option on the Shift details page.

Family managers can withdraw themselves or individual family members from a shift whenever withdrawals are permitted. A Withdraw button will appear next to each member whose shift status is Applied, Pending, or Confirmed.

Family managers can now enroll their family members into subaccounts alongside them whenever they select Register Now or View Subaccount.

The Upcoming Shifts section on the dashboard now displays Shifts for family managers and any applied family members. Only Shifts with a Pending or Confirmed status will be shown.
