What's New in Events & Shifts

Better tools for creating and managing Events and Shifts.

We are rolling out major upgrades to how you create, manage, and maintain your Events and Shifts. These updates focus on preventing accidental data loss, making the Events and Shifts interface cleaner, and introducing smart conflict resolution when multiple admins are working together.

Applies to Both Events & Shifts

The following updates apply across both Events and Shifts, bringing a consistent and improved experience to your entire setup.

Automatic Drafts & Autosave

Background autosaving continuously captures your progress as you work, eliminating the risk of losing important updates. If you navigate away from a page or lose connection before finalising your changes, your progress is automatically captured and stored as a draft, allowing you to seamlessly pick up right where you left off without missing a beat.

Collaborative Edit Reviews

When an admin edits an Event or Shift and wants another team member to review it, they save their changes. When the reviewer logs in and opens that Event or Shift, a notification immediately prompts them to resume the saved edits and inspect the pending changes before anything goes live.

Clicking the Review button opens an interactive side-by-side comparison modal that clearly highlights every edit, displaying the original field details right next to the proposed updates. Reviewers can inspect changes line by line, choosing exactly which edits to accept or reject before saving the updates.
